Tips For a Great Senior Portrait
· Today's fashions with bright and pastel colors look great for our contemporary posing… but don't forget the colors that Mom and Dad would like for you to be photographed in.
· Long sleeves photograph best for traditional poses, but remember your everyday "fun" clothes for a truly unique contemporary Senior Portrait session. Formal gowns are super!!!
· Girls-make-up should be your Sunday best. Be sure to bring your make-up and hairspray for touchups as needed. Hollier Studio would be glad to help you during the portrait session and will point out what will make you look your best in your portraits. Extra effort will be needed to cover blemishes. Avoid "fresh from the salon hair cuts.
· Guys- a fresh shave is a must! Schedule any haircuts at least one full week prior to your portrait session to avoid that "skinned look". Don't forget to bring a White Shirt !!
· Bring items that reflect your personal style, personality and interest such as: letter jacket; football jersey and football; cheerleader uniform; tennis racket; guitar, etc.
· GLASSES: the lens in your glasses can distort your eyes and face, plus reflect our studio lights. Visit your optometrist and have the lens removed or borrow a matching pair without the lens for your Senior Session.
· Schedule your Senior Session with your girlfriend or boyfriend, or up to three of your best friends and have a pose made together.
· Free use of Drapes and Feathers
· Cap & Gowns
